Method of Delivery: The Commission will be sent to the client through email, unless both the artist and the buyer agree on a different method of delivery.

It is required to provide clear instructions (such as descriptions, pictures or references) before I start the piece.

Depending on the type of piece wanted there will be revisions with the client in order to make adjustments where needed.

I won't make any major change to the piece in the final stages and after the sale is complete, so do ask me beforehand.

A piece can take from a few hours or even to a few months to complete, depends on the complexity.

Payment method: I accept payment only through PayPal, unless both client and artist agree on a different method.

The client must send 50% of the payment before I start working on the piece, the rest must be payed after the approval of the sketch.

If the client demands a refund after I have already started working on the piece, only a portion of the money will be refunded depending on the stage of the Commission.

As the artist I have the right to refuse your commission at any time and for any reason. If you have already payed for the Commission the money will be refunded fully or partially depending on the time and work spent.

No refund will be given after the artwork is completed and/or has been sent to you.

As the artist, I have the right to use the piece as an advertisement for my work.

I also have the right to post the piece or the progress sketches on my social media/portfolio/etc.

If the client would not like the finished work to be posted before a specific date (if the Commission is a birthday present, for example), the buyer must inform the artist in time, as it is their responsibility.

I may sell the piece as either merchandise or prints. (ONLY with CANON characters, this will NOT apply to your original character or if the piece contains any personal ideas/outfits/scenarios suggested by you, don't worry!).

As the buyer, you have the right to use work only for personal use (sharing on social media, apply as icons, backgrounds on your devices, etc.), unless you pay for commercial rights.

Any improper use of the artwork will not be tolerated.

The client cannot claim the piece as their own or as someone else's creation.

NO AI ART and/or NFT(s): you are not allowed to use the artwork in AI systems and/or NFT (Non Fungible Token).
